It is the responsibility of the customer to supply correct birth data when ordering a Consultation or Chart Report service. Astrology House will not accept any responsibility for a chart based on incorrect birth data.

If a product is found to be mis-addressed by Astrology House, then Astrology House shall be responsible for the re-delivery or replacement of the product. If the customer is found to have given an incorrect or insufficient address, then Astrology House will not resend the product and all responsibility, including cost, for correcting delivery will be borne by the customer.
In the case of refunds on Consultation & Chart Report services, these will be given at the discretion of Astrology House management.
Astrology House does not offer refunds on software purchases except where there is any significant problem with the software and we have failed to provide a remedy within a reasonable time frame.
1. CUSTOMER CHANGES THEIR MIND AFTER PURCHASE
If, after purchasing the software, you decide you no longer want the product, we cannot offer a refund.
2. FAILURE TO CHECK SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS BEFORE PURCHASE
It is clearly stated on our website that Janus Astrology Software is only compatible with PCs and notebook computers running Windows 7, 8 & 10. The software is not compatible with Apple, Mac, Chromebook or Android applications. Customers are required to ensure that their computer’s operating system is compatible with Windows 7, 8 & 10. Please read the Systems Requirements before purchasing, as we are unable to offer a refund if the software is incompatible with your computer’s operating system. In addition, we do not offer a refund if firewall or anti-virus settings on your computer prevent the software from functioning.
3. OPERATING SYSTEM UPGRADES/CHANGES AFTER PURCHASE
If a customer upgrades their computer to a new operating system that is not compatible with discontinued versions of Janus and Janus 5 and Janus Light, we do not offer a refund.
4. CUSTOMER DOES NOT UPGRADE JANUS WITH AVAILABLE UPDATES
We regularly provide free updates to Janus 5 and Janus Light to include compatibility with new Windows operating system releases. If a customer does not update their Janus program when there is an update available, we cannot offer a refund.
5. NO TECHNICAL ISSUES IN THE SOFTWARE
We are unable to offer a refund in circumstances where there are no technical issues with the software. Our tech support team will work with you to try and sort out any technical problems you may be experiencing with the software.
6. CUSTOMER NEGLECTS TO READ THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Detailed information about Janus 5 and Janus Light is available on our website. Please be certain that the software meets your needs before purchasing, as we are unable to offer a refund where a customer has neglected to read the product description.
7. FAILURE TO PROVIDE A REASON FOR A REFUND REQUEST
We do not offer refunds where users are unable to provide a reason for a refund request.
